Thrift and Retirement Plan

401(k) Plan - Set-aside up to 30% of your salary and we will match 100% of your contributions up to 5% for your long-term savings and retirement. Maximum company contribution is 5%. Graduated vesting up to 100% at 5 years of vested service.


Insurance Coverage

Medical Coverage - Our plan includes hospital, medical, surgical coverage for employees and their families. We pay most of the monthly premiums for such coverage.

Optional Life Insurance - Employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves and family members at their own expense.

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off - PTO monthly accruals begin immediately upon employment : Paid Time Off has a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of six weeks depending on years of service credit.

Holidays - WhitMar has twenty one (21) paid holidays, including a personal choice of one Friday per month.
